Our Production & Shipping Policy

How It Works

Standard Orders are produced in 1 - 3 business days. Bulk orders may vary.

Standard Shipping is 3 - 5 business days after production has finished. Please consider that delivery times may be longer than usual due to the ongoing Pandemic.


Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping is available upon checkout. Please note that this does not affect production time. Expedited Shipping is for delivery time that will be under the Couriers control. 

Rush Orders
A Rush Order option is available, please Contact Us for further information.

Additional Shipping Information
We use a variety of shipping services to best serve our customer base such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.

Local pickups may be available, please Contact Us before placing your order to determine availability.

Due to shipping delays around the Holiday seasons, Deadlines for Holiday orders is two weeks in advance of the Holiday.

Additional Production Information
Due to the lighting effect and color quality of computer screens, please understand that the actual color of the item my differ slight from pictured items.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All the Details

We aim to Satisfy all of our customers. However, since each item is made to order, we do not offer returns.


Cancelations of Orders

You will only have a 24 hour window in which to Cancel your Order. After which, any Cancelation will be Non-Refundable.

Shipping Damages
If Products are Damaged during Shipping we will take the needed steps to file an Insurance Claim with the Shipping Provider. Once processed, a Refund or Exchange will be made.


Order Verification
Because each item produced is Customized by you, we are unable to resell these items to other customers. Please ensure that all Sizes and Designs are correct before ordering.


Return & Exchange Window
If there are any issues with your order that may need to be corrected, You have a 14 Days from the Date of Product Arrival to bring these to our attention. If a product is a Gift, please inspect it upon arrival to avoid missing the Return & Exchange Window.


Our Guarantee
If an error was made on our part, it is our Guarantee that we will correct it.

Each order is photographed during the packaging process to ensure that your product is of 5 Star Quality.

Consultation Cancelation

You must give a 48 hour notice to receive a refund for your Design Consultation.
